Doug has more than 20 years experience in usability testing, information architecture,
user interface design, computer/Web-based training and instructional design. Prior to starting this company, Doug was a Director
of Usability Architecture at a major Internet marketing and services company.
He has designed, developed and tested
interfaces for eCommerce and marketing Web sites, intranets and extranets, client/server applications, Web-based & computer-based
training, Performance Support Systems, and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.
Doug's contributions have been
used by many companies across many industries, such as Verizon, Ericsson, Nortel, MCI, Samsung, Texas Instruments, Raytheon,
PublixDirect, CorningWare, Eli Lilly, American Diabetes Association, USPS, United States Army, Chase Bank, Hotlink, Proctor
& Gamble, and Kodak.
He has presented at various conferences, including Interactive, Windows World and SAE.
He
received the prestigious 'Nebby' award from the University of Nebraska for Best Overall Achievement in Interactive
Media, and has won several Webby Awards.
Doug received his Masters of Science in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience
from the University of Texas at Dallas.
